- What are the rules for bans
What are the rules for bans
- You get banned if you do not follow our rules of behaviour or if you not fair play or unsportingly behaviour. Not every not allowed is in our rules of behaviour, you need to think for yourself as well. You may get banned also for any way of obstructing your country. You may get banned for an action not anywere in our rules of behaviour after we told you not to do it again.
- If you get a warning and do not agree: you can send it to Vincent and he can decide otherwise. In the meantime if you repeat your behaviour, you will get banned!
- Banning is not forever though: normally 24 hours and if you contact us, maybe even shorter if you say you will follow our rules and will not do it again. So it's not that big of a punishment. If you've been banned before and get banned again, your ban may last longer than normal.
- If you get banned and do not agree, you can send a message to Vincent to appeal the ban. Do not put it on any forum, that usually does not help.
- Let the banned user get in contact with us, we are quite reasonable. Even admins can make mistakes. The more people are demanding to us a certain user should get unbanned or an admin made a biased judgement, the more difficult for us it is to undo a ban or lessen a ban!. The less people meddle in, the more time and attention we have for the banned user.
- People still meddling in and calling us names or otherwise inappropriate things may be banned as well. To keep the game playable we sometimes have to take hard actions.
- If you continue an action after a ban, your ban may last longer.
- You do not get any refund if you get yourself banned.
